Privacy Policy
Ovation Networks, Inc., (OVN) is committed to respecting your privacy concerns with the information you entrust with us. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.
Cookies: We use cookies to help our visitors have a friendlier, more convenient visit. Our purpose in using cookies is NOT to snoop on you. For example, we may use them to verify our acceptance of network usage terms and conditions. We do NOT collect or use the information from cookies to develop a profile about our users (shoppers).
Security: We store subscriber and password files with personal information securely. Such files are stored with encryption in secure areas not accessible to the public.
Removal: We will immediately unsubscribe anyone who requests that their name be removed from our e-mail lists. To be removed, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail from us, or send an e-mail to support@ovationnetworks.com with the words "Remove from List" in the subject line.
Product alerts: From time to time, we may also send you news bulletins or product alerts on products or services from Ovation Networks, Inc., or other carefully screened companies. Any such message will ALWAYS provide you with a link or other easy means of unsubscribing to further e-mails. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to support@ovationnetworks.com at any time with the words "Remove product alerts" in the subject field of the message.
Third part use: OVN will not show our information with third parties without your consent.

Refund Policy
Please read this document carefully before you decide to request a refund.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The refund policy applies only to the Airlock product purchased directly from Ovation Networks, Inc. (OVN).
2. The refund policy is not applied to the following products:
(a) Wireless Internet Technical Support, which falls under a separate Refund Policy.
(b) Equipment purchased from Ovation Networks, Inc. which falls under a separate Refund Policy.
(c) Products, or versions of products, that Ovation Networks, Inc. no longer distributes or supports.
3. If you request a refund for a product, you are not eligible for a refund on later purchases of the same version of the product.
4. You are eligible to request a refund only if the product that you purchased is shown to be defective, such that it is not suitable for any use by itself or with any indicated third-party operating systems, software packages, platforms, or other products, as determined solely by OVN. Failure to meet basic internet requirements to download or receive products by email will not qualify for a refund.
5. OVN cannot be considered liable for any loss of software products once they have been received or downloaded by the customer including, but not limited to, file deletion, data loss, data corruption, theft, system damage, drive failure, network failure, or acts of God.
6. Providing customer support to installation and configuration by the OVN support team, cannot be considered as liability to provide support for third-party operating systems, software packages, platforms, or other products which may or may not be indicated as product requirements.
REQUESTING AND RECEIVING A REFUND
1. Prior to requesting a refund, you must contact the OVN technical support team, at support@ovationnetworks.com, and describe the problem(s) you are having with the Product. Please include your name, contact phone number and email address. If technical support is unable to remedy the problem(s), and is satisfied that the product is defective, you may request a refund.
2. OVN will refund the purchase of a product that you purchased directly from OVN if you contact OVN. The refund will be applied back to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
