| Responsibilities: |
|
Looking for motivated team players to become part of a growing company. Preferred candidates will have experience designing and maintaining networks, along with advanced PC troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have A+, Net+, CCNA, and other certifications. Customer Service experience is desired. This is a Tier 2 position, which includes, but is not limited to: Resolving Escalations, Assisting Tier 1, Monitoring Network Quality, and Troubleshooting Outages.
